Angola :: Redundancy compensation

Employees made redundant individually and collectively are entitled to compensation, as follows: ➠ large companies: 100% of the worker’s base salary for each year of service, up to five years, plus 50% of the worker’s base salary for each year of service in excess of five years; ➠ medium-sized companies: 100% of the worker’s base salary for each year of service, up to three years, plus 40% of the worker’s base salary for each year of service in excess of three years; ➠ small companies: 100% of the worker’s base salary for up to two years of service, plus 30% of the worker’s base salary for each year of service in excess of two years; ➠ micro-sized companies: 100% of the worker’s base salary for up to two years of service, plus 20% of the worker’s base salary for each year of service in excess of two years …
