The international trade union UNI has signed six new or renewed global agreements with multinational banks – such as Crédit Agricole – this year. In addition to reaffirming the ILO’s fundamental rights, the agreements also cover enhanced maternity leave, digitalization, data privacy, the right to disconnect, sexual harassment, ethical sales policies, and gender equality.
