Brazil: Constructive dismissal during cases

In light of the coronavirus crisis, what would be the consequences of an employer giving a formal warning to an employee for ignoring hygiene rules, if the employee consequently walked out and claimed “indirect termination” (Article 483 of the CLT – sometimes called “constructive dismissal”)?
