The FedEE Minimum wage tables are the most up to date summery on the web of the statutory monthly rates of pay that are required in a particular country or territory. We do not cover every country where minimum wages exist, although our coverage in Europe is very considerable. There are, of course, other mechanisms that determine minimum pay rates in the private sector - including collective agreements, wages boards and company salary scales. The Federation of International Employers was established in 1988 with assistance from the European Commission. Today. FedEE is the principal organisation for multinational employers and is both independent and self-funding.
