Saudi Arabia :: Representation and bargaining

In Saudi Arabia trade unions, their activities, strikes and collective bargaining are all strictly forbidden by law.  Employees are entitled to form Welfare Committees in the workplace, provided that the company employs at least 100 workers.  Nationals are also entitled to form Work Councils.
