If FedEE a member organisation wishes to address issues that extend beyond our legal helpline service they may do so by commissioning us to carry out an individual assignment. This is generally quicker and less costly than such services provided by a law firm or HR consultant. In fact, many of our clients call upon us on a very regular basis and the jurisdictions that we have so far covered have ranged from Austria to Canada, Chile, Ethiopia, France, Indonesia, Iran, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, the Netherlands, Pakistan, Panama, Peru, Poland, Rwanda, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, UAE and the USA. In fact, there is no jurisdiction that we have so far failed to tackle – all by our seasoned, central ‘FedEE Law’ team.
Our normal approach is to agree at the outset a set of general terms and conditions and NDA (if required) and then for our client to commission work via an email request. We quickly produce a ‘Pro-forma Quotation’ and, once this is agreed through a further email exchange, we will normally commence work by the end of the day when our work is commissioned. All work is completed on a fixed-price basis and we not only provide an attractively presented report, but are available to discuss its contents (and any recommendations made) via a follow-up teleconference at no extra charge.
