David Diaz is a Madrid-based local partner and member
of the Baker & McKenzie employment practice group. He holds a
a law degree from the University of Madrid and was admitted to the
Madrid Bar Association in 1994. Before joining Baker & McKenzie
in 1999 he was a founding partner of the law firm De Dios, Bazaco & Zaforas
Abogados. In addition to practicing widely in the employment law
field, David has contributed to several leading publications, given
talks to professional associations and taught on a HR masters' degree
programme.
