- Individual employment terms: Written contract entitlement, permanent/fixed-term/part-time contracts, probationary/trial periods, minimum pay, non-compete clauses, contract variation, use of agency staff.
- Collective employment terms: Level of unionisation, national accords, collective agreements, works council thresholds, works council rights, dispute resolution, employee information and consultation, mandatory staff rules.
- Working time: Normal working hours, overtime, overtime premia, rest breaks, night work, on-call arrangements.
- Leave of absence: Holiday leave and pay, sick leave and pay, maternity and parental leave, other leave.
