DEFINITION
All organisations providing material for the FedEE employment law programme shall be referred in to in this document as copyright holders. A complete list of copyright holders is set out above.

An individual copyright holder shall be identified by the application of a specific copyright mark on the opening slide of their presentation material. This copyright mark shall apply to all the presentation material and associated documentation orginating from the copyright holder. Copyright holders retain their individual copyright over the material made available through the FedEE employment law programme, but current corporate members of the Federation of European Employers and FedEE Services Limited are licenced to use the material within their own organisations for their internal educational and training purposes only and shall not make copies available to any third party or for any other use without the express written permission of the copyright holder.
Reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited other than for individual use by current corporate members of the Federation of European Employers (FedEE), and clients or selected prospective clients of the appropriate copyright holder, in all cases within their own organisations for their internal educational and training purposes only as provided above.
