The Multinational HR Service
Corporate Membership of the Federation will give you, and up to 14 of your colleagues, immediate access to a wealth of information, support and guidance specifically designed to reduce the risks and costs of operating on an international basis. Your organization will also be able to display our prestigious membership logo on your company documentation and display our membership plaque in your reception area to signify your standing as an established multinational operating to high HR professional standards.
Our primary language is English, but an increasing amount of data is being made available in Mandarin and we plan to cover more languages over time.
Membership is open to multinational enterprises — or those planning to go multinational — that have 100+ employees and have traded for at least two years (see ‘qualifying companies’ below). An application must originate from a named senior executive of the organization concerned, using a bone fide corporate internet domain. Requests for membership from recently launched, smaller and purely national employers will be considered on a case by case basis.
As a FedEE Global member access will be given to your team in all parts of your enterprise, including majority-owned subsidiary enterprises. Each user shall be nominated through an agreed senior executive in the member company and have their own passwords to access FedEE Global services. Once an established member a senior Executive in your organization will be able to apply for individual FedEE Fellowship (F.FedEE) without any additional charge and, if they wish, attend our regular Fellowship meetings — where a wide range of HR matters are discussed ‘off the record’ and with no notes taken. Individual Fellowship is valid for as long as the company remains in corporate membership.
FedEE data is for internal use as an HR resource and not for providing services to third parties on either a commercial or noncommercial basis. If it is required for such purposes then potential users should contact us to discuss a special licencing arrangement.
Annual Corporate Membership by completion of an online application form and invoice costs 3750 euros, although we are continuing to discount this until the end of March at a rate of 1995 euros. If you wish for immediate access and to pay in pounds Sterling you may also enjoy our significant discount by applying for membership through our eShop and paying by credit or debit card. You will then be invoiced for the membership fee normally on the day of application or (if after normal working hours) on the following working day. No details are retained of payment cards, so there is no problem about ongoing deductions if you do not wish to renew at the end of your membership period. Please Note: Because billing is handled through our EU affiliate FedEE Corporate Services Limited in Cyprus, VAT is only chargeable to companies in Cyprus. Thus the majority of applicants will not be charged VAT. If you are based in the EEA please inform us about your VAT/TVA registration number.
Qualifying enterprises include private sector companies, professional firms and public sector bodies (such as trade commissions, diplomatic missions and armed services) or voluntary sector bodies which operate internationally. However, membership is not normally open to trade unions, NGOs, political organisations, recruitment or HR consultants, HR outsourcing companies and other employer or business representative bodies. Such employers should contact the FedEE office (via email@example.com) to obtain initial approval before applying for membership.
Membership is subject to approval by our membership review group – which meets each weekday. Please note that the membership services and admin departments will not operate on public holidays in Cyprus. The membership fee includes complete access to all FedEE Global services – except for our meetings/events, certain electronic books and use of our legal helpline above the limit set out below.
Corporate members may make their first four enquiries on our legal helpline at no extra charge. However, thereafter use of this service shall be at a discounted flat-rate fee per enquiry. The rate is set in order to be highly competitive with the fees applicable to those working as an Associate in a typical city centre law firm in Europe. No charge will be made for simple points of clarification concerning data on the FedEE Global website, or customer service enquiries.
