All you need to know about employing people
in Europe
Whether you have major operations in several European countries or just a few sales offices in different states, FedEE membership is a cost-effective way to achieve legal compliance and deal with human resource issues as they arise.
We offer the following services to all nominated users in member organisations:
European HR knowledgebase
With a variety of search and browse methods to help you find the precise information you need, the European HR Knowledgebase covers over 30 European countries and offers a comprehensive resource on HR practice and employment law across Europe.
Employment law training
Unlimited access to the FedEE
Law Programme, with on-line briefings from top employment lawyers
across Europe. The audio-visual presentations are 25-40 minutes
in length and cover a comprehensive range of HR-related topics
for each country. After each presentation, participants may contact
the legal experts directly to pose their questions.
HR certification and CPD
FedEE members may now take part in on-line assessment and gain certificates in employment law for individual European countries. Certificates are available in six different languages for immediate download as soon as the required standard has been reached.
Newswire service
Since 1989,
our concise Mettre à Jour news
reports have kept members up to date with HR-related developments throughout
Europe. Reports are sent by email to all nominated contacts in corporate
member organisations 2-3 times a month.
Information
As a corporate member, you may contact us for further information or clarification relating to the material on our website. Should you require more detailed advice on specific issues, we will refer you to a suitable law firm or consultancy.
Pay in Europe report
Each spring we publish Pay in Europe, an annual benchmark report giving midpoint and range
pay figures for 32 positions in 49 European countries. This data
is provided to new member organisations in the form of a printed
report and is also available on-line in our members' area.
JEAPS job evaluation and pricing system
JEAPS is anon-line interactive
facility that allows
members to evaluate any job and immediately achieve a midpoint
base salary benchmark for 28 national labour markets. Designed
